We are a small, off-grid family farm that believes in offering unique settings, wholesome experiences, high-quality products, and gracious hospitality – all at a price that won’t break the bank!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Products

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (at the time of purchase). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mariavillegoatfarm@gmail.com and bring your item to 233 North Road, Pattersonville, NY 12137.

Gift Certificates/Cards

Gift certificates/cards are only redeemable for purchase of Mariaville Goat Farm products, experiences, meals, and accommodations. No refunds; not redeemable for cash value

Experiences*

Experiences booked through our website are non-refundable.

Events*

For events of 10 or more people, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, in order to confirm the reservation; the remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of the event. An invoice will be emailed, listing the event date/time, estimated headcount, services requested, and pricing. Payment of the deposit will confirm the contract for the event. We will need an accurate headcount 48 hours prior to the event.

Accommodations*

We offer a full refund for direct bookings that cancel, at least, 30 days prior to the date of check-in. Partial refunds are available to cancellations 7-30 days prior to check-in.

*Rainchecks

In the event of severely inclement weather on the day of your scheduled experience, we will offer the courtesy of 1 reschedule to another (currently) available date/time. We use local school closings, weather warnings, and state of emergencies as guidelines. Please contact us at mariavillegoatfarm@gmail.com to arrange your raincheck. This policy applies to experiences, events, and accommodations.
