A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where participants are “bathed” in the resonant sounds and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and chimes, which promote profound relaxation, quality sleep, and healthy mindset. It’s a simple, low-impact, perfect way to reset the mind and body!
